This notice is not an installation contract or a substitute for a project agreement.
Information and project inquiries
This website introduces Conventek’s service areas and provides ways to start a project conversation. Descriptions are general. Availability, compatibility, equipment, price, timing, and deliverables must be established for the specific project in a separate written agreement. Any expressly offered warranties will be documented in the project agreement. This website notice does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Preparing an email draft does not send an inquiry, schedule work, reserve availability, or create a service agreement. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; work requires a separately agreed scope.
Brand and website materials
The Conventek name, logo, and website materials are presented to identify the business and explain its services. Contact Terry before reusing brand materials or implying a relationship with Conventek. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.
Other services
Telephone and email links open services on your device. Their operation is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and settings.
